The Board or Directors appoints one member of the Board to chair a Nominating Committee. The Nominating Committee is composed of one Board member and two non-Board members. Committee chairpersons are usually a Board member, who recruits volunteers to serve on the various Board Committees (Finance, Common Elements, Sound Access, Landscape, Nominating and Architectural Control).
Answer: The VNHPOA Master Association Board holds 6 meetings per year (January, March, May, July, September, and November). The POA Annual Meeting for all property owners is held in November. For more information, go to Board and Annual POA Meetings Schedule
Association members can attend and participate during the Homeowners Session of the meeting. Association members can stay for the General Session of the meeting but not participate. Associations members cannot attend Board Executive Sessions. Property owners who wish to attend must contact our Association Manager ONE WEEK prior to the VNHPOA Board meeting to let her know what issues you wish to address.
