Welcome to The Village at Nags Head Property Owners Association website. The Village is a unique sound to ocean community with a wealth of amenities for property owners to enjoy. The soundside homes are situated around a Scottish links-style championship golf course, and many homes have gorgeous views of the sound. There are two sound side piers and accesses for fishing; launching your kayak, canoe, paddleboard, or sailboat; or just sitting and enjoying the sunset. On the oceanside, the community boasts a private, oceanfront beach club with an Olympic-sized pool, sandwich bar, bath house, and tennis courts. The POA also maintains a private beach access for all residents to use.
