Annual Assessments
Master Association.  All property owners are assessed $650 per year by The Village at Nags Head Property Owner's Association to maintain landscaping at main entrances, traffic islands, two soundside piers, and private ocean park with bath house.

Community Associations 
Within The Village there are several Community Associations in addition to the Master Association.  The Community associations may provide maintenance for lawns, common areas or dumpster sites, with reserves set aside for future road repair for those associations with private roads or cul-de-sacs.
